After few research unsuccessful, I contact you for help. I am doing (trying to do) a sale website for a friend and I can't change the language of the cart. You will understand once you will see the pictures attached. I would like to have everything in French.
You are using an old version of our theme 2.4, the latest version for the moment is 2.5.1 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme please go to your theme files, so:
This was happening because you added the folder of the zip file there too, i just fixed this for you (see video), and now the translations show as it should (see video).
You just need to fill add 5-6 new translations if you want or change those translations that are already added because they are translated by our clients and not from any professional language translator.
Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.
Your Wordpress language was English. I went to Settings > General and changed your Wordpress language to French then the translations showed as it should.

Hi Justboul,
You just need to change your Wordpress language to French and WooCommerce will automatically be translated to French language.
If this is still unclear for you then please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
Thanks!
Hi Justine,
You are using an old version of our theme 2.4, the latest version for the moment is 2.5.1 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme please go to your theme files, so:
wp-content/themes/kalium/languages
and paste French translation files https://d.pr/f/ZvAESw+
If that doesn't work too then please send me your FTP credentials too and I will check what is the problem.
Have a great day!

Hi Justboul,
Sorry for my mistake, I thought that I added language files as it should for you, but I missed one thing only.

Will set this ticket as solved from here.

A huge thank you from Laborator in advance!
It's back in english again when I asked for help about an other subject.
Thank you so much !
