You are using an old version of our theme 2.5, the latest version for the moment is 2.5.1 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
I took me 30 minutes to detect your problem and it was a simple thing that you did. So basically you choose your slider to be a video but you didn't specified links, so the slider waited to play the video but there was not any video attached so it didn't player next slide (see video).

I want to ask why the slider is not working, it keep freezing in the first slide,
And also i want to ask when i add the button left and right on the slide show, i mouse over it, it has a bar on the slide, can i know how to fix it?

Thanks for your advice, i have updated my theme and plugins,
but the slide show is still not working, and the arrows problems are still here,
The slide show is working unless i click the right arrows, then the slide is working.
But when the slider back to the first slide, it freeze again.
