After updating the Kalium theme this morning the WPBakery Page Builder Interface is messed up. All the Icons to duplicate rows, or edit the element are displayed wrongly. (Please see screenshot attached) This is making the Builder impossible to use.
Could you help with this urgency? Happy to give you access if you need.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If you still have the same problem then please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
I've solved the issue by restoring a backup form yesterday and than re-updating kalium before updating any third party plugins. And that has done the job.
This was an interesting problem that I haven't seen before. I think that this happened because of any third-party plugin but I'm glad that the problem is now solved.
Have a great weekend!
P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab.
