Having trouble saving my slider after editing in Revolution Slider. Quite simply, nothing happens when I hit Save and when I try to leave the page, I am warned that I have unsaved edits.
You are using an old version of our theme 2.3.3, the latest version for the moment is 2.4 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
That is happening because you have activated your theme in this domain: spacelab.dk and now you are trying to activate your theme again in a different domain.
You can use www.spacelab.dk/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.spacelab.dk.

Any tips? Using Chrome.

Alright,
I am getting an error "An error occurred while updating Kalium: This domain is not permitted to download the update!"
I am using a temp domain while developing, http://spacelab.dk.linux2.scannetserver.dk – any way to fix this?
Hi there,
Your license is registered in this domain (https://www.spacelab.dk). Error shows because you are trying to update theme in another domain.
It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your site again.
If you still see the old domain on your Product Activation page please just press x button, then you can try to activate your theme again.
(view on new page)
Have a great weekend!
Hello again,
Sorry for the delay - I am having trouble activating for our temp domain http://spacelab.dk.linux2.scannetserver.dk/ surely because I registered to spacelab.dk. I don't have access to spacelab.dk during development, which is why our provider suggested http://spacelab.dk.linux2.scannetserver.dk/ . Is there a solution to this?
Thank you
