my website is taking too much loading time, please help me to solve it.
my website is too much slow, please make it fast. i have tried several things and already contacted with hosting provider company, they told me to contact with my theme author.
It was weekend, and as you can see in the support center intro, the working days are from Monday to Friday, now we are replying every customer by the time order, so please be patient.
The site speed is not related directly as there are many reasons why a site can be slow, what the theme can do is use smaller images for your products and less files (since the new version there are less files), also consider reading this article which we wrote mostly about our Kalium theme but it works out for all the themes.
Last week we have released the new update 5.0 of Oxygen, we have optimized the theme and removed unnecessary files so please consider updating the theme too.
Please use the Envato Market plugin to add the API key there and updates will appear in your site dashboard, to update Oxygen you have to set up the Envato Market plugin first and then add the themes from your Envato account and then update the theme.
Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer

As I mentioned in my previous replies, the loading time is not due to the theme and that has been proved by updating the theme now. In the last update we have removed many unnecessary files which were loaded in the theme and now they are gone, also JavaScript files have been speeded up and you can see it in our demo the loading time of the theme is normal.
Please check it with your hosting company and check your image sizes, try installing the caching plugins we suggested as there is nothing more we can help you on this matter.

You updated the theme but none of your plugins, I have updated all the plugins which were outdated too. Can you check your site now.
