    Hi I recently installed the demo content and whenever I go to try to my posts section it gives me the "internal server error" page which I have attached. How can I fix this?

    Can you provide us with Wp Credentials, we have to look from close view. Your information is safe (private) in this thread. 

    To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
