We've recently discovered that the links entered in "Hover Button" in Hover Box elements somehow do not work on Safari - they appear and work in other browsers but do not in the newest and / or older versions of Safari.
Could you please advise how to fix this? Thank you.
We've tried this, as this seems to be the first response of any theme support team. Unfortunately, it still did not work in Safari.
Could you send me an example of Kalium Demo with Hover Box that does work in Safari? And also isn't this feature provided by WP Bakery Page builder which is provided with your theme?
If the same problem happened in a default Wordpress theme then this must be a problem that is happening in the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. I think that they must be aware of this problem but if you can then please contact their support for the issue that you are having and hopefully that they will include a fix in the next plugin version.
Please also check if this is happening from any customization that you have added (if added).

Have you tried if the same problem happens if you activate any default Wordpress theme please?
Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
