    Hey there!

    Another day, another question.

    I'd like to create galleries for my customers. For example I photographed a gig and now I have 400 photos for a gallery.

    I want to make a hidden blogpost and use the media grid from WPBakery. Unfortunately when I want to add a large batch of photos everything freezes (but I can still kill the window itself). This is the case for every batch >~25 photos.

    Is this a limitation of the plugin, the media grid, the theme or wordpress in general?

    Hi there,

    Have you tried uploading these photos directly in the Media directly instead of the WPBakery Media Grid, then you can simply select these images in the media grid.

    I would also recommend increasing the PHP credentials higher than it is required by us, so even some restrictions which are on WordPress won't be able to stop you from uploading many images or large image sizes:

    max_execution_time = 120
    memory_limit = 128M
    post_max_size = 64M
    upload_max_filesize = 64M
    max_input_time = 60
    max_input_vars = 3000

    Please take some time to read the extended article here and there you have a ready to send letter to your hosting company, it's a request to increase the PHP limits.
