    Hi,

    Can you please assist.

    We cannot update the social networks as it is not working.

    via control panel:

    Laborator>Theme option>Social Network

    If you could please let us know how to debug the issue, that will be great.

    Hi Indigo21,

    Please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.

    Also can you please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Hi there,

    You are using an old version of our theme 2.3.3, the latest version for the moment is 2.4 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

    After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Then if the same problem happens again we will re-check your issue.

    Hi,

    Just tried to update the theme Kalium 2.4 but this error message apppears:

    An error occurred while updating Kalium: This domain is not permitted to download the update!

    When I checked the update page, it says your theme is updated but it is not. And the social options is still an issue.

    The theme is activated, can you pleas confirm how shall we proceed.

    Hi there,

    This is happening because the license is registered on another domain (http://frasergrant.indigo21.com), as you can see from your Product Registration page :

    And you are trying to perform an update in another domain now frasergrantgraphics.com.

    License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.

    Anyway this time I will try to help you, so I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your site again.

    Please go to Product Activation page and press X, then try to activate your theme again, it should work.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your assistance.

    We have now successfully updated the theme. 

    The licence is registered on the domain.

    But the issue still occurs, we cannot update any social options.

    Please assist as we need to update the links and it has been taken a while.

    We highly appreciate your help.

    I can see on your System Status page that some of your PHP limits are lower than Wordpress and modern themes require. For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, there you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.

    Please upgrade your MySQL version and Max Input Vars and also other things if you can.

    I think that this is causing your issue with the Theme Options not saving.
