    Is there any way to change the started (default) "all" category to something else in it, for example "consulting" in my case?

    Or to remove "all" category at all?

    Hi Lilyduff,

    It is not possible to remove the "All" completely but you can change it using a translation plugin, we recommend using Loco Translate to change the theme strings for replacing the "All" to "Consulting". Here we have explained how this plugin works.
