WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer), Revolution Slider and Layer Slider are premium plugins that we have bought extended licenses of them to be able to include those plugins on our theme for free. So you can use those plugins without any problem. Those plugins offers some extra features that are activated only if you purchase a copy a those plugins. Then you get the support for those plugins if you need to support from the author.

The plugin released an update after we released Kalium 2.4, when we update our theme again then we will include the latest version of other plugins too (as always). Then after the theme update, to update those plugins to the latest version that we support you just need to ho to Appearance > Install Plugins.
