I have a website with pages on it: If I install uninstall, will it delete pages I have already created? Does it mean that if I install the demo of the kalium theme it will delete all the content of my website?
If encountered this problem and now you increased your PHP limits then please reset your WordPress installation by using this plugin WordPress Reset (By Matt Martz), then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again.
Note that if you use the plugin it will delete pages that you have created earlier on your WordPress site.
WordPress Reset will completely remove all the content you have added and there is no way to get it back, so beware if you decide to use it.
Usually we recommend this plugin to use when users test with demo content sites so they install one and then decide to try another demo in early stage before editing something.
So in case you want to try Kalium demos, I highly recommend you to install a fresh copy of Kalium and then install a demo content, after that you can gradually transfer content from the old wordpress site.
You can also install Kalium without demo content, and edit pages, but the first suggestion should work better for you because you can keep track what has changed and what needs to change.

1. There are many reasons why the portfolio and posts are not showing here, firstly this page is using a Portfolio Page template, so if you use a page builder you have to set the page template to Default and not use any customized template as it will not work properly.

Portfolio Items element is ONLY for portfolio items, not for pages or posts as I saw that you were trying to load pages:

2. The word "Home" was coming from this option which is below the main editor:
