    Hi there -

    I'm a well versed WordPress user, and I followed the installation video after purchase.

    The "Unpacking" process never happens, and instead I get a single page loaded which is on the following URL: http://www.gracejodie.com/cgi-sys/amplugin.shtml

    The page which loads looks as in the attachment.

    It's a fresh installation of WordPress with only 2 plugins: WooCommerce and another plugin called "Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd". "Custom Coming Soon" was deactivated before installing the Kalium theme, and WooCommerce has never been activated.

    Please can you help with this?

    Hi Oliver,

    Can you please make sure that you are uploading the correct kalium.zip file (Example).

    If you are uploading the same file but you are facing the problem then this seems to be a server issue. Please contact your hosting provider and make a video for them to see what problem you are facing exactly.

    P.S: When you manage to install Kalium theme then please go to System Status page and check if your PHP version and PHP limits are fine as Wordpress and modern themes require. For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements.
