Unfortunately the mobile toggle cannot be changed to the left side, they are arranged that way that the placement of the menu is only on the right.

How can I leave the left top menu bar in the mobile version? in the computer it is displayed but in mobile it does not come out.

The top menu is only visible on desktops, while on mobile view you can only have the normal menu which will be opened with the menu toggle.
