I've added a few products and created current-stock and sold-stock categories and assigned the products to them, but none of them are showing on the pages? All I want is 2 category pages! I want them both to display like http://www.jimmyextonantiques.co.uk/staging/
If you are trying to categorize the products through WPBakery Page Builder by using the Categories field they won't be filtered, use the Taxonomies field instead to select any category.
1. Yes, simply add a custom link to the menu and you will be able to link your menu items wherever you want.
2. Permalinks can be managed through the permalinks area, the theme only does the design part of the site so you will get a better answer if you ask WooCommerce team directly, they do know better how it works
3. Shop and product layouts can be managed through the Theme Options, this is explained in details in our documentation so please take some time to read the documentation as most of your beginner questions will find an answer here.
P.S. Next time if you have other questions please create a new ticket instead of replying to a ticket which was created for another cause.
