"Product Carousle" scrolling problem via mobile

    hello,

    on my home page (in the related URL) i have a "Product Carousel" right after the categories section. When i try to scroll the carousel VIA MOBILE the first scroll is fine (scroll 1 product), the 2nd scroll scrolls 2 products, the 3rd scroll scrolls 4 product (every single scroll, multiple by 2).

    Please try to watch this problem via my site and give me a solution.

    Hi Tal,

    You are using an old version of our theme 2.14, the latest version for the moment is 3.0.1 , please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too. 

    The easiest way to update your theme is if you use Envato Market plugin. Just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH. When you connect Envato Market plugin you will see theme update prompt on the Updates tab of your Wordpress site.

    After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Please create a backup of your site just in case.

    Since the 3.0.1 version didn't solve the problem, i uploaded the backup so the theme is rollbacked to 2.4.1

    As i said, the problem wasn't solved by update the theme, and since the update harm my site (i changed a lot of things and did customization with child theme), i decided to upload the backup from 2.4.1


    Please try to solve the problem without asking me update the theme. The 3.0.1 have the same problem as well.

    Hi Tal,

    It's always the best idea to keep your site updated. Updates of the theme contain updates for the latest WooCommerce, Wordpress, and also add new features and bug fixes.

    So every update contain nice things for the clients. Sooner or later you must update your theme and if you leave the theme un-updated for a long time you will have much more problems.

    I can see that you also modified the theme, it's nice that you use Child Theme for customizations but I hope that you are only adding your extra codes there and not copying all the files that are on the Aurum (Main theme).

    Please try to update your site and reflect the changes that are made on the latest WooCommerce, and when everything is alright then we will check your issue.
