    Hi there,

    My team mate (Arlind) can help you with this question, but he is not in the office until 16 Apr. When Arlind comes back, just reply to this thread and you will make sure he will see your comment.

    Thanks for your understanding!

    Hi Nico,

    It's interesting because this problem is only happening to you. Other clients haven't reported any issue like this.

    Anyway, to fix this problemI added this CSS code:

    .image-placeholder.image-loaded {
        padding-bottom: 0px !important;
    }

    on your Custom CSS area:

    (view on new page)

    So this issue is fixed for the moment. But this is not a perfect fix, so please reply to this ticket again after 16 April and Arlind will re-check your problem.

    Thanks!

    Hi Nico,

    I tried to login to your WP Admin Panel to troubleshoot the problem but instead I get this warning:

    (view large version)

    Can you please allow me access to your admin panel so I can try to solve this issue.

  • [deleted] replied

    Hi Nico,

    Ylli told me how to login to your admin panel so no worries.

    I have managed to fix the issue by disabling this CSS:

    This CSS you have added is no longer needed as all images are responsive and doesn't require custom CSS.

    You have to do the following:
    Some time ago we added new security rules to limit the scope of attacks that are made against the server where your account is hosted, and the load that they may generate.
    Among other things, in these rules we block requests to files that are frequently attacked like the wordpress login from browsers that do not have certain languages installed. Some of them are the following:
    Spanish
    Catalan
    Galician
    Euskera
    It is not necessary that all are installed, or that they are the main use, simply that there is one is enough. This measure is designed to prevent the access of bots, and only applies to sensitive areas of the web (the public area does not restrict access based on these measures).
    To access, you just have to add some of the languages allowed to the browser; for example for Chrome you can do it by following these steps:
    Go to the menu at the top right -> "Settings"
    At the bottom, click on Show "advanced settings"
    In the section "Languages" -> "Add languages"
    Add Spanish to the list
    To add them in Mozilla Firefox:
    Go to the menu -> "Preferences"
    "Content" -> "Languages" -> "Select ..."
    Here, choose Spanish as the language (the one that specifies [es]) and add it to the browser in any place (it does not have to be first).
    Whatever the browser, when you finish adding the language erase the cache and cookies and restart the program; this way you should be able to enter the web in a normal way.
    If this would give you problems or it could not be installed, let us know to find alternative solutions, but ideally, this procedure should be followed.
