Featured image thumbnail on home page

Sometime after an upgrade, the thumbnail for the top post on my homepage disappeared. Other featured images are showing as desired (see screenshot). For a while it was displaying text of an error that I think was related to plugins. I disabled/deleted some and updated them all but it's still not showing.

I have tried editing/re-uploading the image but it still doesn't show on the homepage, nor at the top of the post (which is fine, it was too big anyway).

Thoughts on what to check/how to solve? Thanks!

    Hi there,

The problem is caused by a plugin and not by the theme, when I disabled the Blogger Importer and Jetpack plugin the problem was not showing anymore and the image was there, so one of these plugins is causing this issue and its more likely the Blogger Importer is doing this since the Jetpack has been tested with our theme.

Thanks! I didn't realize the Blogger importer was still active.

Another question: The featured image being displayed so large at the top of the post is somewhat of an issue. Is there a way to disable it from displaying at the top but keep it as the thumbnail image? Or just have it display at a normal size?

    Thanks again!

    Hi there,

I don't know for which post you're talking about, but the large images in the top of the post are everywhere in our demos and it's not an issue but that's how it shows. I see you have really small images and they are showing blurry, so to have better view of your images upload large images and they'll show fine.

P.S. Next time instead of posting another question in a reply, please create a new ticket.

    Best regards,
