How you lost it please? While modifying the theme core files? To show that option you must use carousel and there you must have more 5 or more products. Then the arrows will appear.

This was happening because you where using the latest version of WooCommerce plugin. We haven't updated Oxygen yet to support WooCommerce 3.3.

For more info please read Outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files article.

You can downgrade to WooCoomerce 3.2.6 using the WP Rollback plugin until we release theme update that support WooCommerce 3.3 (learn more).

If you don't know to do that then I can do it for you.
