I am running wordpress 4.9.4 on the server, everything is fine until I attempt to install the theme:
1) the admin page for wordpress allows for installation of the zipped file, but results in a "try again" message.
2) I install the theme through FTP file transfer, but after the transfer is complete I get an internal server error 500. This error occurs for all directories, including the wordpress admin directory. I have checked the available space for the host and there is still plenty left.
Once I remove the files for the theme, everything works again. I am also able to install and run a number of other themes. Its only this one that results in the white page (error 500).
Can you consider reading the article we wrote about WP and Kalium Server Requirements, it might be PHP version but if you still facing the issue consider sharing with us your sites WP and FTP Credentials.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
I was able to upload the Kalium through FTP and Activated, first after i have uploaded i didn't see the theme then i found that you are using the Multiple Site i Just had to activate for network. I'm not sure if you are familiar with WP Multisite functionality.

Kalium Installation was only this time to give you a bit push, these kind of issues doesn't concern Kalium Support is only for Theme Usage.
Make sure you will have soon configuration on your server as it required on WP and Kalium Server Requirements.
Thank you.
thank you Erol!
Hi there,
I'm glad to hear that
P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab.
A huge thank you from Laborator in advance and have a great week!
Will set this ticket as solved from here.
Thank you.
