Unfortunately those videos are not equal with my system... I find all the buttons and functions for full raw width but there seems to be a setting that makes the "full raw" smaller... Getting crazy! :-(
Yes it works sorry to got back late a bit to you, and i found that you are not using the premium plugins that we provide to clients to help to build pages and most of theme are not active, please consider reading the article we wrote about Installing and Updating Premium Plugins.
Please disable the page builder you have activated so WPBakery would take the place.

Please consider watching the tutorial from author WPBakery How to set Row Full Width, and the other thing you have to know is How set Menu in Position Absolute so it will go over First Row. To other small details Full Height Row and How to set Parallax Effect for Bg.
