It seems you haven't installed these fonts in your website and that is the main reason why they aren't showing.

Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site to fix this. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

To fix your issue you have to send the credentials, talking like this feels like talking in the air and we cannot solve anything, if you want to solve your issue send the credentials otherwise there is nothing I can help here.

The only way to get this fixed is through the credentials, if you enter the credentials they will be private and we have already thousands of users who have already shared their credentials so I don't see why there is a need to worry about this.

As mentioned on the other ticket, the login credentials don't work so please re-check before posting them here.

Now they're working, the problem with fonts is fixed now as it was a piece of cake and you just had to click "Save Changes" once again since the fonts were uploaded and initialized.
