    Hello,

    I am trying to build a page to display specific products.

    I am using the element "product" (woocommerce) - But the items never load (searching with SKU and ID - it searches for products but it does not work.)

     i am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

    Why wont the products load?

    Hi there,

    The ID you are typing seems to long and it doesn't seem to be an ID or SKU, I have recorded a video in one of our demos where the product will load from the ID:

    Thank you for responding to this. Just adjusting to the new theme.

    I am attaching a new screenshot with 2 screens - one showing the product ID and the second one trying to load it. Even with shorter product IDs it does not load.

    The product shown before it was trying to load with SKU. 

    This seems to happen with a few different items related to products.

    Hi there,

    Have you ever checked your site speed, it is awful and it takes forever to load and it even crashes when you want to add a new page with that product.

    I have also installed the PHP info which is a more explained version of the sites PHP limits and it seems that even that these limits are upgraded, your server does not allow them to be higher as the master value is still too far from the limits you set.

    I'll take one example from one of these limits:

    Please contact your server and ask them why these master values are too low and what's the chance of increasing them.

    Hi Art,

    Thank you so much for looking into this.

    We are now migrating the website to a new environment with more resources. 

    Hopefully this will fix the issue.

    I had noticed that i was being disconnected every time i tried to ad products - hopefully the new environment will correct this.
