We are having some issues with the search.
1st. is it possible to display product pricing on products coming up on as search? Right now the search results show description information but not pricing.
2nd. Products on the search don't show ups on the order they have been given - we would like search results to show in a specific order (more expensive items first - other items that match the search after).
1. The search won't show product pricing but only the result, once you click on product you will be redirected to it and will see the product with price.
2. Searching a product with a keyword will show the most accurate product found, sorting the products by price is not possible by the theme and as I could see from the researches that cannot be done with WooCommerce either.
We don't have any plugin which we would recommend as we haven't used any of them so recommending them based on the Google searches (which you can do on your own) now is not fair. If there was a plugin which we used and tested many times before this case, I would recommend but unfortunately there isn't any search plugin we recommend.

I am wondering if there is a pluggin you would recommend to do a custom search.
I am looking to achieve a few things:
*results showing up on a search to show on the order that we assign to products (most expensive products first)
*being able to search within the current category.
