We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
We are unable to disable every single plugin as it will affect functionality of our site. I have disable all the ones we recently updated and that hasn't solved the problem.
The last thing we updated before the issue was Kalium.
This problem hasn't happened to any of our users and i can assume that this is not a theme problem because for the moment more than 2000 users are using the latest version. This problem can happen because any of your third-party plugin is interfering with your website.
Please disable your third-party plugins one by one until you discover which of them is creating the problem.
