Hi, I just got an email to update the template, which I did. Now I have a fatal error and can't see the site. What can I do?
Hi Ramberto,
Can you please tell us how you updated the theme and from which version? I'm asking that because we have 700+ users that have downloaded the update and they haven't reported any issue like that.
Also please share your Wordpress and FTP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
Thanks!
Hi there,
I updated your Premium plugins when I saw the notice from the theme https://d.pr/v/lrsALS.
Now I assigned your ticket to another team member and he will check your issue soon.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Ramberto,
It is so weird that this error is thrown:
But if you view the file "acf-flexible-content/acf-flexible-content.php" on line 22:
There is nothing to do with "include" code! So I have installed the earlier versions (1.1.1) of these ACF plugins and it worked:
So please do not update these three plugins because they are not compatible with your PHP version which is weird and the author should fix this.
