I have looked at a few posts regarding removing 'I am Remi` but the menu options and setting they suggest dont seem to appear in my version, I downloaded it today.
Please make sure that you have activated Advanced Custom Fields and it's addons on the Appearance > Install Plugins area. More info about the required plugins here and here.
Then go to that page and click Edit on that page and then you can go to Parameters and Options area > Page Options > Heading Title and follow the instructions in the image below:
