    Hi Alberto,

Image cropping and appearance in the shop has changed in the latest WooCommerce version, and the problem is that you are using this latest WooCommerce version 3.3.3 which the theme does not support it yet, we are almost finished with the update and  by updating the theme you should be able to set these image sizes from the customizer (see article), you can follow this article to see when a new update is ready.

    Best regards,

I think I give you 1 star on themeforest. A bug like this is not possible.

the woocommerce theme is unusable without adequate photos

    Hi Alberto,

I don't really understand what your issue is, your question is not well expressed. Regarding the image size on your shop, as we have explained in this tutorial in our documentation which explains how to load not cropped images, I have already done this just make sure you follow the documentation as it is really helpful for beginners.

Product page images are the same in our demos too, if you don't want to crop these small images you will have to use large images instead of these small images.

    Hi albertopiazza,

I am having difficulties what you want to do with your images, do you want them to be the same size or not, please write a longer description in your question and if possible include images or sketches.

1 - the photos in the catalog are different in size. I wish the photos had all the same dimensions. example 300x300 fix

2 -  the miniature is blurred - Even here the photos are of different sizes. When the dimensions are different the page moves continuously.

when an ecommerce has images all of different sizes it is annoying and unprofessional.

I believe my request is very simple.

    Hi Alberto,

Now I finally understood your question, the problem was coming from the WooCommerce update which you were using (3.3.3) and which is NOT YET supported by our theme as you can see from the changelog. So I have rolled back to WooCommerce 3.2.6 and the image cropping works again.

This is a feature which has changed in the latest WooCommerce so that is why we do not recommending the plugin if it's not supported by the theme since it will cause problems like this, now everything is alright and as you can see from the image below the images are cropped and the same size (the grey background is a sample):

It is unfair to rate the theme with 1 star when we have always been able to help any of the users including you, we have the highest rating from all of the top themes in ThemeForest and if you take a look at the reviews you will notice how happy most of the customers are and mostly with the support received.

    Hi again,

    1. There is no function that knows where and how to crop images, if your request is to crop these images then WordPress and WooCommerce will crop them, because of that the images are cropped on both sides causing them not to show properly. What you can do to fix this is upload images as a square and leave more padding to the sides this way it will show perfect, look at the image which I edited and uploaded to your site attached here.

As you can see the width and the height need to be the same:

    2. I have regenerated the thumbnails and now it is okay.

    Hi albertopiazza,

You can proceed with the update now, follow this guide to know how the theme can be updated to the latest version.

Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins and especially WooCommerce to the latest version that we support.

If the images do not get automatically resized you have to use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin which we have mentioned in our documentation.

Keep in mind that your images will still be cropped no matter the version of WooCommerce or which theme you are using because your images are landscape and need to be edited manually in your computer since WordPress doesn't have an option to know where to cut your image.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
