    Not sure if this is related to your theme.

    When adding a product carousel to a page and trying to add tags or categories, that field searches but doesn't find anything. It also doesn't allow to keep what you typed in the field. So saving does nothing.

    Hi Colorist,

    The issue is with WPBakery Page Builder and the field where you should add these tags is Taxonomies, please read this article for more information on this.
