I'm trying to make a full height row, i ticked the full height row option. However, it only works when i'm signed in as admin. It doesn't work when i logged out.

I found a solution by making the row above it to full height. It works. However, this creates another problem, when viewed from mobile (iPhone 5s) there is a white bar on top of the page. It should not be there. The first row contains slider revolution with full height
