I can select between
Login or Register
but I only have the option "Customer Login" link that goes to the Log In page (not register).Where I could change this options and change the default text?

The "Login or Register" option appears only when you are logged out from your Wordpress.
Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer. A screenshot of your problem will help me to understand your question more too.

This problem can be related because you are using WooCommerce 3.3 and the theme doesn't fully support WooCommerce 3.3 for the moment. We will begin to work on a theme update that will support this WooCommerce version (as we always do).
