Good morning guys, I ask you a little help:

    1) in the page of my site, CHI SIAMO I created links with the members of my staff, but following your documentation the photo of each individual photographer is blurred. The guide shows the measurement 450x450 pixels, but still remain blurred.

    2) I tried to create portfolios, but how do I behave with vertical images? In the brower I see them badly and do not resize!

    thank you

    Hi cadra83,

    1. You are right, and that is because you have a retina screen device where the images need to be at least twice bigger to show in high quality and the WPBakery Page Builder doesn't allow you  to do that so I will need to tweak it up a little bit, can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    2. Are you talking about the Portfolio page where the items are all on the same size? Or the portfolio items inside.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

2.I speak of images in the internal porfolio. In our site I created 4 different portions for each photographer. Inside I capricated some photos, but viewing the vertical ones have a bit of trouble!

    Hi there,

    1. The problem can be fixed by editing the page and then editing the Singola Immagine which you want to be in high quality, set the image size from 450x450 to large and it will show in higher quality.

I have changed the first two team members and you can continue with the other ones

    2. Setting a maximum image height is the only way to show vertical images better:
