If you are talking about the side menu which is like a sidebar then this is not possible with Kalium, and we are not planning to add this header type yet, even though we are adding a new header builder.
A main page with tmy name and the small menu. My questions if possible to do it with adding a menu in the middle of the page or I need to build it via text block.

Unfortunately that cannot be done with the menu of WordPress, you will need to do it through WPBakery Page Builder.
