How do I make the webpage non-responsive (e.g. if I open up the webpage on mobile, it will still show the webpage in its original form without resizing anything).

Attached is an example of the website htat I see from my mobile phone. I'd like to achieve that from any screen, including tablet and desktop.

    Hi there,

We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

P.S: I can see that you are also using Elementor plugin, our theme comes with WPBakery Page Builder plugin so you should disable Elementor because it can create conflicts.

    Have a great day!

    Ylli,

I don't think I was able to communicate the issue to you properly. I don't want to website to resize at all. So, what I see on my mobile is the same as what I see on my tablet, and it is the same as what I see on my desktop. Thus, when I resize the window on my desktop and make it smaller, it will scale all things proportional to the window.

In the attachment, this is the website that I would like to see from my phone. Right now, when the window is resized, everything is responsive so the mobile display is completely different.

    Hi braingreens,

Our theme is build to be responsive. But maybe you can check this option on WPBakery Page Builder Settings

    (view on new page)

so the plugin will make it's elements non-responsive.

P.S:  You are using an old version of our theme 2.1.4, the latest version for the moment is 2.2 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

Will set this ticket as solved from here.

I will update to 2.2 soon. However, checking the disable responsive elements button did not work. Please advise.

    Hi braingreens,

Our theme is made to be responsive and we don't have any option to disable responsive functionality.

If you're looking for professional help in this matter, there's always someone available for such tasks on the WP Kraken or Envato Studio. Pricing and timeline are always straightforward there and that's the main reason for recommending those services.

    Thanks!
