I installed the Demo Content properly without any  problems. But now i dont know how to get the sidebar from the example into one of my sites. (http://demo.oxygentheme.com/minimal/demo-content/shop/?shop_sidebar=right)

What am i missing ? Thanks for your help!

I found the settings in the Laborator Menu -> Shop Settings -> Shop Sidebar

I was missing this in the documentation.
