Yea I just found out I am able to add add to cart button as well. It seems something isn't working properly with woocommerce. Have you taken a look just yet? It's really urgent...thanks
It means the plugin has problems with the theme and is not supported, here you can see the list of officially supported plugins by us.
Regarding your second question, it seems you have missed my last reply since it was explained there how to remove the catalog mode and show these buttons:
I see you have version 4.0.5 of WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin which was released on February 2nd to be compatible with WooCommerce 3.3.0 (which was rolled back by them), we will take a look in the upcoming update of the theme to see this issue. In the meantime you can try installing WP Rollback plugin to get this plugin to a previous version of it and see if that works.
Ah, thanks a lot! You are a lifesaver! Finally it's fixed.
And I don't wanna open another ticket like crazy, but I want to know why the logo on the top left corner got cut off as well? Not only width is set, a height is set for some reason. Would appreciate if you can assist in this as well. Thanks.
Probably the problem is because of the SVG logo, you will need to set the SVG a static width and height, to do this if you're using the Adobe Illustrator, simply remove the tick from Responsive and save it, re-upload that logo and it should work. See the video below for more explanation:
Hi, I can't show the product image and the lightbox function isn't working either. Can you please help? It's urgent.

Hi there,
1. The issue is coming from the WooCommerce Strip Plugin, if you disable it you will see the problems will be gone.
2. Catalog mode is enabled on your site, to disable it go to Laborator > Theme Options > Shop Settings and follow the instructions in the image:

Also please note that every ticket has the same priority and we reply them by date.

So does it mean that that plugin is not compatible? How can I fix the issue?
