Do you recommend the plugin "Custom Post Type UI" or any similar to create post types and taxonomies for a website with Kalium?

Hi Lula,
You can use the plugin and create any custom post type but we do not officially support any custom post type plugin, also you won't get support for custom created types that interfere with the theme.
