can you please help me and tell me where can I change shop view from 4 to 3 columns? I have found the theme option to change columns, but only for catalog on front page, settings doesn't change in the main "Shop" page.
To do that you can go to Laborator > Theme Options > Shop Settings > Catalog Page > Product Columns & Rows area > Products per page. We wrote about that area on Shop layout article.

thank you for solving previous problem - it was obvious, I just didn't notice it until you told me where it is :) Now I am having a different issue - can the main Shop page (http://minimu.si/trgovina/) be arranged so products would be showing in some kind of order (like date created, descending - like on homepage)?
Hmm for main Shop page that WooCommerce creates there are the filters on the right size where you can choose the ordering (Video: https://d.pr/v/JJWWBS).
I'm not sure if the WooCommerce offers the exact option that you are asking or you need a plugin to do that.
