Hello,
I am running the latest version of Kalium, and for a long time, the WPBakery Page Builder plugin shows installed v4.8.0.1. The current available version is shown to be 5.4.5. When I try to update the version, the installation is reported to be successful, but the installed version still says 4.8.0.1.
What can I do to fix this?
Best regards,
Kjell
Hi Kjell,
Can you please delete the old version of WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) and then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, install and activate this plugin. This should work and you will have the latest version of the theme.
I think that this has happened because your plugin version was very very old.
Have a great day!
Thanks a lot, Eroll, it worked without a hitch.
Kjell
Hi there,
I'm glad to hear that
P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab.
A huge thank you from Laborator in advance and have a great week!
Will set this ticket as solved from here.
Thank you.
