Hi. I am trying to create a PORTFOLIO with PORTRAIT images. However when Kalium generates the gallery, the PORTRAIT images are placed in LANDSCAPE orientation. Is there any way I can force them to show in PORTRAIT. I don't mind if they have to be 1/2 Column Width?
This problem doesn't happen on our theme and we use vertical images in many areas through our theme demos as you can see.
I think that those images where rotated before you uploaded them. So please check them before uploading if they are rotated correctly. You can also rotate them when you are on Wordpress area, to learn how you can do that please see this video: https://d.pr/v/AgRG9D
Rotating the image within WordPress does not solve this problem.
To begin with, I rotated the image in windows Image Viewer before uploading to WP. WP auto-rotated it back to landscape. Rotating the image again in WP did not fix the issue ... it still showed landscape in my Portfolio. It seems to be a common issue. See link:
I got around the problem by opening the image in Photoshop and saving AS (no changes at all!). It seems to upload to WP correctly and my Portfolio works fine.

Sorry if I am missing something obvious.

Hi jakubc7,
Interesting, personally i didn't saw any problem like this before, this is the first time.
I searched for this problem now and I found two plugins that might help you:
— Fix Image Rotation
— Image Rotation Fixer
... it seems that this problem is related to the camera that took the photo as read on the internet.
Will set this ticket as solved from here.
Have a great day!
