    I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY WEBSITE BACKGROUND COLOUR. 

    WHERE CAN I GO AND CHANGE? 

    AND IS THIS POSSIBLE TO PUT BORDER LIND AT THE EDGE OF WEBSITE? I HAVE ATTACHED FILE AS BELOW. THANKS

    Can we have a look at your site, if possible include your site URL so we can see how you're using the theme.

    Regarding the borders, please follow this article to see how borders can be changed.

    P.S. Please don't type in uppercase, it is not readable and makes us think you're shouting and sounds not polite.
