I don´t update the cart when changing the product number

We didn't have any problem with this, and none of the users has reported this as an issue, have you checked which plugins you are using as they may be causing this trouble, start by disabling the plugins you have manually installed to see where the problem may be coming from.
If you can't find out where the issue is coming from, please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

I checked the cart in your site, and the problem is not coming from the theme or plugins, you have set the stock to 1 and so it won't add more as there is no more Camiseta Catedrales zafiro in stock:

You can try other products and you will see that the problem is not coming from the theme.
