I would like to have a menu or a display of the post categories with which I can go through my post.

All categories has their archive http://www.socraticdesignacademy.com/category/uncategorized/ or http://www.socraticdesignacademy.com/category/business/, this is somthing that comes of of box from WP.
I'm not sure but you would like to have individual Menu with those categories but not on the Primary Menu (Main Menu). ( not sure if this is related to previous question ).
