It says the theme builder needs to update their use of wp-bakery and push it down to the end user.
Is this in the pipeline for the immediate future?

Hi George,
We don't deliver the updates immediately after they are release from authors, we test them in our local copy, as per update we deliver the updates in next Kalium Update, to be well informed pelase consider reading the article we wrote about Installing and Updating Premium Plugins.
