I don't think that this is not a theme problem but please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and try to assist you if i know what can be the problem.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be marked as private.

— Usually the problem is with your mail server (SMTP) which is not sending e-mails, this can be fixed by using WP Mail SMTP plugin in your WordPress, it will configure your mail server and should make it work. Or maybe the problem is with your Outlook email, for more info please read this ticket that was created by another user too, maybe you have the same problem.
— You can add Supported Payments logos from this page. [EDIT] I did that for you.
I checkout your tutorial and it didn't solve my issue,
I moved the site to a new domain and still getting the same error page when i click on the button SEND on the contact us page, I am still getting the error on the theme OXYGEN.
can you tell me how to fix that issue about the contact form or not?

i backup the site and run it on the localserver and a new server,that error came out again thats why i asked you how you fixed the issue i would like to know how to fix the issue to be able to do it myself

Download this file and replace it in this directory (of the theme): /assets/js
If you don't see the change immediately, please hard-refresh your browser (CTRL/CMD+R) because it takes longer to load the changes, as they are saved in browser cache. Another option is to open new private/incognito window and try if it works.

When I try to enter your site this error is appearing (Video: http://d.pr/v/BwidzG). It looks that Wordpress is not installed on your Server.
For more info regarding to this please write your hosing provider and they should solve this issue for you.
