Do I have to export directly into Wordpress, do I have to export a database, and how do I transfer my Kalium license to this web address?
1) Currently there is not options to show random image gallery Media and Masonry Media Grid. Those VC Elements belongs to VC Page Builder and is not under our maintenance.
2) Please consider reading the article we wrote about Header Settings.
3) For License transfer we ask you kindly to open new ticket for it and other team members will help you with it.
a) Have done backup first before you transfer.
b) Move Files and DB to new server
1) on wp-config.php set those two attributes under WP_DEBUG
2) Login on wp-admin and save permalink structure again so new .htaccess will be generating, and you don't have to change permalink in DB this method is easy for DB and file migrations. Files no changed required.

Note: if you try to open your front-end it will be blank but you still can access you wp-admin area. before you change permalink.
