Awesome theme Kalium, so far the best I found on Themeforest!
This is probably the dumbest question of the week, but I can't find the way to disable Lightbox throughout the whole site. I've checked the documentation and the KB here, but all recommendations you gave did not work for me.
I've unchecked all options in Portfolio settings.
If it can't be done, doesn't matter, but what I actually want is to disable the slight fade on the image on hover in the portfolio.
It would help us a lot if you include a link or links where you want to remove the lightbox, I will give any custom CSS to add and it will hide it on those parts.
We will surely need your login credentials, or at least the site maintenance mode to be disabled.
Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see this issue live. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

I'd want it disabled only in the portfolio pages (https://tantamount.com/the-superhero-i-was-born-to-be/), but not in the Portfolio page (archive) nor any other page for that matter.
For the moment the site is in maintenance mode, do let me know if you need the WP details to access the dashboard.

Can you try adding the following CSS to Custom CSS:
.single-portfolio .photo a { pointer-events: none; }This will disable the lightbox only for portfolio items.
