Hi People. I’m having some problems to update the theme:

The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

    Enabling Maintenance mode…

Updating Theme Kalium (1/1) License key and WP site is permitted, download can start.

    Downloading update from https://api.laborator.co/downloads/kalium/xbU4n31GN0FBOI96Y-aLTvEhT/kalium-2.1.5.zip…

    Unpacking the update…

An error occurred while updating Kalium: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Disabling Maintenance mode…

    I'm working in localhost.

    Thanks!!!!!

    Hi Mac,

Can you remove the activation and re activation, is hard to know why might it caused the issue since is it's in local copy there is not report for this issue from other clients, you can simple override the files in localhost.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

I will handle your ticket from now.

1 — This is not a theme problem but this is a server related problem, i searched for this problem on google and on our support area and i found 2 other tickets.

    (view on new page)

Both of those users fixed this problem by contacting their hosting providers.

2— From your provided System Report i saw that your WP Remote Post is not activated on your server

    (view on new page)

So please contact your hosting provider about this too and tell them to allow access to our API Server: https://api.laborator.co.

If you contact your hosting provider and you still have problems then please share your Wordpress and FTP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how).

I also can manually update your theme this time until you fix this problem.

Please reply if you need more info please.

    Thank you!

Thank you so much for your help. I will try to update the theme right now. The problem is that I'm working in localhost. So I guess I have to allow API access manually

I don't know man. I can't make it work. I have used many themes before and first time I have this problem

    Hi there,

Can you please read this article for the moment Updating Theme Manually. Or if you want I can update your theme without a problem but I just need your Wordpress and FTP credentials.

P.S: You can also update your theme with the Envato Market plugin too. Envato Market plugin is very easy to use, but if you have difficulties please just read this guide that was made from WP Explorer and you will manage to update your theme.

When you try that please reply to tell me what where the results.

    Thank you very much!
