Trying public ticket since support is slow. :( Has anyone experienced this?
I cannot find the page belonging to my main URL. All pages after installing (child) theme Kalium with demo content University, has a slug following it, e.g. https://bedrebedrift.no/university and https://bedrebedrift.no/homepage. I cannot find the main page itself, belonging to only "https://bedrebedrift.no". The page which used to be at this URL has now a slug attached to it (e.g. https://bedrebedrift.no/homepage). When I try to remove "homepage", it only reverts, adding the heading text instead (see attached screen shot).
So my question is: where is the page for the URL https://bedrebedrift.no??
To be clear, it is not possible to edit the permalink by removing the slug, it only adds text (in this case "har-du-gatt-i-businessfellen" which is the heading of the page). This indicates there is already a page with the permalink "https://bedrebedrift.no", however I cannot find this anywhere - not on "all pages", nor in the trash. Where can I look?
I can see that you have created another ticket #1382394 from the same issue so I will reply to that ticket and close this one.
Please don't panic and once you create a ticket wait for any of our support members to reply to your ticket. We treat all the tickets to urgent and we reply to tickets from the oldest to newest. So please don't "bump" your ticket! ...as this will send your ticket to the bottom of the queue!
Also as you can read on this documentation article and the support homepage response time is
You can expect a response within 24 – 48 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm CET.
But we usually reply to tickets inside 24 hours.
Our item is currently is 50% off so a lot of clients have purchased our theme, plus today is Monday (beginning of the week) and we had 50+ tickets. All the clients are treated with professional replies so the "urgent" in title or creating multiple tickets for the same problem will not help to have a faster response.

Also if you don't like our theme or our support level then you can get a refund by submitting refund request to Envato support https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Thanks for your understanding!
