    Hi Laborator team,

I already submitted a ticket on this issue, but it is not solved unfortunately.

Someone with an iPad and Safari IOS (newest version, 11.1) showed me how odd my landing page with layer slider looks - like multiple times magnified.

I will add a screenshot this time

Thanks in advance for your support.

    Tina

    Hi Tina,

The same problem. Your Wordpress login page is blank and I can't do anything there, can you please check your hosting provider for this?

    Thanks!

    Hi Yilli,

I don't understand this error code as I dont have this problem (attached photo) Also when you don't login into wordpress this error does not appear on my website: http://www.tinagency.eu/

Why do you think it is a question of hosting? I would not even know what to ask them.

    Cheers

    Tina

    Hi Tina,

You can see on this video http://d.pr/v/AL2mlo the problem that i'm having.

P.S: If you are using Kalium theme older than version 2.1.6.2 (changelog) then please update your theme.

After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

Maybe updating your slider plugin then fixed the problem that you are having with the slider.

    Thanks!

    Hi Yilli,

the problems seems to be that I use a frameset re-direct from www.tinagency.eu to www.thegermanfixer.de

This seems to interfere with the LayerSlider (that is what their support suspects). I am not sure if that a frameset might also effect the whole Theme (which I cannot test as I dont have an iPad or iPhone)

I just wanted to report this here if someone has a similar problem.

If you have any idea about a solution let me know (still want to use frameset to keep the source url)

    Thanks

    Tina

    Hi Tina,

If you're looking for professional help in this matter, there's always someone available for such tasks on the WP Kraken or Envato Studio. Pricing and timeline are always straightforward there and that's the main reason for recommending those services.
